Speak to an Advisor

You have chosen to speak to an advisor. Our trained, specialist advisors will provide you with support following an incident, providing you with information and advice, as well as helping you to access support services and formal reporting routes, if this is something you would like to explore. 

 

Once you have completed this form, a member of the Harassment and Misconduct Team will be in touch with you within 1 working day. Forms submitted by colleagues within the University and LUU will be managed by their relevant HR departments as soon as possible (but this may not be within 1 working day). Completing a form through Report & Support will not start a formal complaints process. However, if you include identifying information such as someone's name, and we have concerns about risk, we may have to take action. Please read our Confidentiality Agreement for further information.

Your data is important to us. The information you supply will be stored securely by the Culture Shift and the University of Leeds. Your anonymised data will be accessed by Harassment and Misconduct Team and key colleagues at the university appropriate to this line of work.
